Established in 1979 in Lancaster, California, and now based in Las Vegas,
Nevada, "Adventure Balloons" offers balloon rides, tethered balloon rides,
and flight instruction.
The balloon may be employed to advertise and/or utilized for promotional
or fundraising events.
Employee incentive programs are augmented by giving "the best employee(s)"
hot air balloon ride certificates.
Schools can request the "balloon" to provide educational class programs
or assemblies.

Scenic
Flight
Holiday Weeks and Summer (June-August):
$230 per person for a 45-60 minute
flight
(If
your flight is scheduled during the week of a holiday, you
will be charged "Holiday rate", or any time in
June, July, or
August.
Other passengers outside of your group will
join you).
September - May:
$200 per person for a 45-60 minute flight
(Does
not include holiday dates. Other passengers outside of your
group will join you).
Private Flight for 2-6 people :
$250 per
person
(All
in the same group, no other passengers)
Gratuities
are NOT included in the rate.
A law passed
by the State of Nevada prohibits us from transporting our passengers
to and from the launch field. If caught, we will be heavily fined.
Wedding
$1600 for Bride/Groom, Minister, Minister's
Services
($1000 of this $1600 is non-refundable. It saves your day for the
bride and groom, and we turn away other passengers).
$300 each additional
person
The basket
is decorated with flowers for photos. Gratuities, photographer,
flowers, limo not included.

Prepaid
Flight Certificates
Prepaid flight certificates
are given for all of our flights. They are paid in full, are redeemable
for one year from date of purchase, and are non-refundable but are transferrable.
Reasons for not flying can include: President of USA is in town,
or weather conditions/safety conditions. |
If you schedule
a flight and are "weathered out," your expiration date becomes null/void,
and you will have the cert until you use it. You never lose
our cert until you use it.
However,
if you give/get a cert and don't schedule a flight before it reaches
the expiration date (one year), you will lose it.
Limitations
and Restrictions
Ballooning is a wonderful
experience and we welcome all who wish to fly, although some restrictions
do apply. Weight is usually not a limiting factor; however, some
limitations exist in the size of the basket. We request that you
include your weight for flight planning purposes as required by the Federal
Aviation Agency (FAA). Children must be a MINIMUM of 48 inches tall,
and are welcome to fly - with parent's consent, of course. We make
every effort to accommodate all who wish to share in this adventure.

Rides
Our "adventure" includes:
An
educational, enjoyable, captivating flight for 45-60 minutes between
the Las Vegas Strip and the gorgeous mountains, at sunrise ONLY. We only
make one flight per day -- in the morning -- at Sunrise.

Payments
We accept Cash, Check, and
all major credit cards. Flights require prepayment at time of reservation.
We will then send you a "Pre-Paid Flight Information Packet"
(how to activate your flight, what to wear, what not to wear), maps and
information.
Note:
If you make a reservation to fly within our 72-hour cancellation policy,
the transaction will be CASH ONLY (no credit card accepted 72 hours prior
to a flight date).
Reservations
Call us or e-mail us now
to assure your space on the next available flight, as flights usually
book in advance. Our flights are based on a first come, first served basis
and based on availability. When booking your reservation, you will be
asked your name, age and ACCURATE weight! The safety of the flight is
dependent on the accuracy/honesty of your weight. Warning: Hot Air Ballooning
is "Weather Sensitive."
Cancellations
HOT AIR BALLOONING IS "WEATHER
SENSITIVE." For your safety and pleasure, we require the weather
to be perfect when we fly. Cancellation of the flight is at the discretion
of your pilot, and would only occur in the interest of your safety.
If you need to cancel or change your reservation, we require at least
72 hours' (3 days) notification. Payment will not be refunded, but
will be held to assure the next available flight. Passengers who
fail to show up for their scheduled flight forfeit their payment.
